Meet Your Cookie Instructor Lauren

Lauren graduated in 2004 with a degree of Fine Art from Montclair State University. Her true joy has always been baking. Prior to Covid-19, Lauren loved to fill her afternoons by baking creativity with her kids and their friends Cookies have become a family passion that she loves to share with others. Lauren is excited to expand her teaching to include the customers of Glassy Brown Cookies. We are thrilled to have Lauren on our team.
